Applied Data Consultants, Inc. (ADC) recognizes that county budgets are tight, and that the demand for services is increasing. RODdirect and PARCELdirect provide a service to the public, while also allowing the county to generate revenue and save valuable staff time.

RODdirect allows for the fast, on-line purchase of uncertified and non-vital documents recorded in the Register of Deeds (ROD) office.

Because counties are able to charge the same fee for the internet service as they charge if someone comes into a ROD office requesting the documents, counties will save staff time, while also providing a convenient service to the public.

PARCELdirect is a program that allows counties to offer land record (parcel) information to the public over the internet. It is also customizable based on the preferences of the county. PARCELdirect can be a stand alone program or integrate seamlessly with RODdirect, and allows anyone with access to the internet to look up land record information from a home or a business computer.
