Susan Marcott
Susan wears two hats at ADC as Vice-President and Director of Marketing. She has deep roots in Chippewa County, having grown up on a dairy farm just 30 miles north of ADC. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Journalism from the University of Wis. – Eau Claire before heading to Madison to work for 15 years in the Wisconsin State Senate. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as gardening, reading and traveling.
Kathy Nelson
Kathy has been with ADC since 1999 and is a Vice President, and the Director of Human Resources. Kathy is a native of the Chippewa Valley and enjoys her free time boating, gardening and spending time with her family, especially attending her two grandsons sports activities.

JavaScript/UI Developer
We are looking for an experienced JavaScript/UI developer to join our web development team.
An ideal candidate will know the web development stack from server-side to JavaScript, understand principles of website performance optimization and turn out pages that are cross-browser compatible from the start.
Position and compensation will depend on availability and experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- A passionate web developer in touch with industry trends and technologies
- Strong front-end experience implementing JavaScript/AJAX web applications using todays web standards
- Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, ExtJS, Prototype
- A healthy respect for the user experience, browser compatibility and page performance
- Not afraid to break things every now and then; committed to fixing them when they do
- Someone who can be resourceful, pragmatic and creative
- An individual who can multi-task and self manage effectively
Requirements:
- Experience with Javascript/AJAX web application development
- Familiar with HTML and CSS hacks for cross-browser compatibility
- Knowledge of JSON and XML data formats, JavaScript libraries and APIs
Experience with at least one of the following server-side languages:
- PHP
- Ruby
- Python
- Java
Recommended:
- B.A. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field (or in progress)
- Experience working in a Unix (Linux) based environment
- Experience with Subversion VCS or equivalent
Knowledge in the following areas:
